Hello there,

What to do when you don’t accept an alteration request of your guest and the guest gives you low stars reviews and just write a DOT (.) on the review?

@Nando4 A dot is probably better than a lie. Airbnb do not remove lies so they are unlikely to remove a dot.

@Nando4   One could make the argument that a single-dot review doesn't meet the relevancy standards:

"Reviews that contain no relevant information about a host or guest, listing, or experience may be removed. "

However, hosts have tried that argument and failed, because Airbnb considers the star ratings to be in and of themselves "information."
