STA new municipal bylaws

In my area lots of complaints have led to the municipality to “crack down” on rentals. I’m trying my best to follow the rules, however if any issues arise and I need to cancel guests what is the protocol and cost for myself as the host? The municipality has literally threatened enforcement on Rentals and has clearly stated their top way of finding the culprits is through this web site.(Airbnb)

If you look on the Airbnb Help website under host cancellations- it will give you information on the penalties involved @Jeffrey548 

They include financial fines , loss of SH status etc. 

curious why you have a snail as your profile pic. Hosts like guests should have profile photos of themselves to instil trust.

As for the snail I was hesitant when we first started with the whole rental thing, but 2 years later it’s been pretty smooth sailing. I’ll be updating all photos soon, we’ve remodelled the rental, thanks for the tip!
