Setting up longer stays

Hello, 

Air BNB Sent me a suggestion to offer my home for longer stays which actually better for me. However, they added this line 

Essential amenities for living

These listings have been outfitted with amenities that accommodate longer trips, including:

• Kitchen
• Wifi
• Essentials (toilet paper, soap, towels, bed linens, and pillows)
  
  According to this, do I have to provide this stuff daily for the customers? Like a hotel? What if I don't have WIFI?

I think many/most long term guests would expect wifi as they are likely to want to work from home some of the time and use it to access Netflix etc

Is it an option for you to install this.

Most hosts provide guests with a basic start up kit of toiletries. toilet rolls, coffee/tea and kitchen basics.

Guests are then expected to top this up themselves.

You will also need a washing machine so they can wash their towels/linens,.
