Slow season - ideas?

Hello Airbnb Family!

I am still a newbie in this journey, and while I know this is very seasonal business , especially in the Caribbean, I wondered what ideas you have for when it is out of season, or slow period. 

Things like doing any repairs, or paint refresh is one idea. 

Does any one have other tips?

Hi @Lana1222 ! We’re a newbie also. Unsure also so you’re not alone. I have heard to do repairs or upgrades as well as somewhat lower prices.
