Spurious SMS verification messages
For several weeks I have been getting spurious "verification" texts from Airbnb - from the same UK number that sends real ones when I log in.
They are of the form:
You Airbnb verification code is xxxx
qkpTe1dyOzl
"xxxx" is a variable four digit number, as normal. The string on the second line is always the same, but not always present.
This is happening several times a week. Airbnb support don't know what is happening "we don't know, just ignore it"
I know of others getting these - anyone else out there?
Messages are randomly is English and French.

I've been having the same problem. Since the 19th of Feb, I've received 6 of these SMSs.
I changed my password in case it meant someone had hacked into my account, but that didn't have any effect.
I'll be interested in what AirBnB says if they ever come back to you with anything more informative than "just ignore it".
