Superhost status problem

So I started Airbnb in September 2019, got my Superhost status this week which is great.  However they are saying it is under threat already because I don't have 4.8 average.  Even though I have had no stays and no reviews in the short time since I got upgraded.  Infact is says -* which suggests I have no average at all.  However this suggests it has not taken into account the reviews since September 2019 which do average over 4.8!!  Its very confusing!  I thought your status was based on past year, even though reviewed every three months.  Anyone know whats going on here?

Not sure @Sarah3161  - have you looked at your performance stats?

@Sarah3161I think it's today's glitch. Same is showing for me, along with a _% acceptance rate. Report the bug via "Give Feedback" link.

This happens every once in a while. Don't fuss, it'll be fixed eventually.
