Suspended listings

Hi,

I have been a superhost for 4 years and I am a property manager for several properties in my area.

 

Airbnb suspended my account without explanation..... I got it restored, then they suspended ALL my listings and cancelled 10 reservations in 3 minutes.    I managed to contact 9 of those guests and got them booked with my directly, but they reported that airbnb called to rebook them and argued with the guests that still wanted to stay with me.... no reason, just 'we want you book elsewhere'.    I have been told my case has been escalated to a 'special team', but I am unable to reach them.... it has been over a week.    Everytime I call, they say 'thanks for being a superhost.... you are the best part of airbnb'     What hypocrisy. 

 

Does anyone have any guidance to offer for how to get this fixed?

@Alison1296  Sorry this is happening.  When this happens it's a huge waiting game.  You just have to contact them daily and don't give up.  This can take weeks to resolve.  Any idea what could have happened?  Did you have an issue with a guest or neighbor?
