I have a one bed apartment that has recently been totally trashed by a guest. I let it out to a couple who used the self check in.
I had a message from a neighbour on the first night at about 1am saying there was a party there. I went straight there to find over 80 people some smoking cannabis and drinking. After clearing everyone out I was left with a massive clear up.
None of this was my fault and the investigation by Airbnb has now finished however they have suspended my account until 1st March and I am not getting any exclamation when I ask for it.
Has anyone else experienced this?
