How are you guys getting help from Airbnb? I cannot get through on the phone, and have been sitting here for 1 1/2 hour in front of my computer, waiting for a response from Airbnb Support to an issue I'm having... Don't know if there is any point in continuing to sit here like an idiot... I also recently had another issue where a guest thrashed my house, and need to discuss the claim with them but just cannot get any assistance lately. It's awful!!
Sounds terrible, i am also waiting for them to contact me as the app is not calculating the weekly,monthly stays correctly and offering 31 days for $450 !!
