US Superhost looking for applications $5000k relief and Cares Act?

I am a super host in United States:

#1 I am not clear where to apply for the "Super host $5000K relief? (link?)

#2 How do I get relief based on the "Cares Act" for lost income? I have a Michigan business number...am I considered a employer? (link ?)

Not sure where to go or how to answer questions?

Need help as to links for either or both would be appreciated

The video I saw was Brian promising $5000 relief for all Superhosts without needing to pay it back.

Anyone else hear anything more about this?
