Unable To Attach Video Clips in Resolution Center

Hello all

I've been working  forhours trying to attach video to my claim for damages through the Resolution Center. Pics attach well, as do ..pdf. I've tried making clips smaller through a zip file - and still unable to attach. These videos are 30 sec. or shorter and attach to email or text just fine?

After being cut off from customer service my first try, the rep said someone from the right department would contact me within 24 hrs..

Any suggestions on adding my video to the claim? Still on step one of the claim, Thank you, Jim

@Jim194 sorry, no, I have only ever attached photos, not videos.
