When guests have are bringing a pet, we request a $45 pet fee through the Resolution Center. We have a message draft walking guests through how to respond to our request. Still a number of guests seem to have trouble finding the request and accepting it. Does anyone have a message drafted that is routinely successful? Or other recommendations? Thanks!
