I booked a room in Dubai At the end of November early December I had to cancel this trip because my work needed me in Abu Dhabi I cancel this trip December 20 or so and I am still waiting for my return I am now in Abu Dhabi and I have spent double the money in Airbnb are complete liars and have not refunded the money when we have received an email saying it would be deposited within 48 hours  This is absolutely unacceptable Airbnb

@Jesse372 what was the cancellation policy for the place you rented in Dubai? Also how long before the reservation started did you cancel?

You aren't due a refund simply because your work plans changed and you no longer needed the booking. If you are due any refund, it would be based on the cancellation policy of the listing you booked.
