What questions and such can I ask when not doing instabook?
I no longer use instabook and I am wondering what I can ask for. Can I ID the people before renting to them? I ask this because I am pretty sure people who rented my property were NOT the people who booked my property during one of my stays. I don't feel Air BnB is doing enough to ensure this doesn't happen. I mean when people send requests I don't see anything about them and sometimes not even a last name. I have not rented for a while because of people abusing my property.
Feeling hesitant to rent again.
People who don't do instabook, give me your tips please.
Thank you!
M

@Michelle1648 Whether you have instant book or not, you can have a rental agreement that guests can sign on line and return to you. If you have a RA, you can ask for a copy of the primary renter's drivers license. You can also ask other questions: i.e. names, ages of people staying at your home. I explain on my Airbnb website that I have a rental agreement that needs to be signed (a requirement of our home owner's insurance)
