What's the difference between short-term listing and long-term listing in London?

If I want to list my property in London on Airbnb for more than 90 days rentals, how should I do? What's the difference between short-term listing and long-term listing?

If it's an entire property, you can't. You need to rent via the open rental market with appropriate tenancy agreements.

Erm, one is short (<<28 day bookings), the other longer (>>28 day+ bookings).

You would need to apply for planning permission from your local council @亚丽Shirley0 . Most though are reluctant to do this.
