I have received an invitation to your Superhost event in London. As I am a wheelchair user Bruce my husband needs to accompany me. Please advise. I have already sent this request.

sounds like you need to contact airbnb CS directly about this.

These boards have nothing at all to do with customer service - they are just used by other hosts such as yourself adn guests to share ideas, troubleshoot, offer support etc.

do you belong to a local FB group? Perhaps the moderator of that could also advise?  Generally you are given the offer to bring a guest anyway when you book?
