Where do I go to look for messages to me personally from airbnb

My messages on Airbnb says I have four messages. I tape on the messages an I find only one message pending. Is there another place that messages are sent to me?  Maybe they are messages from Airbnb it self. I don’t know. This has happened before.  Any suggestions on how I might retrieve these msgs?

Maybe thay were notifications ?

Also messages from Airbnb support useally show up in the travel section of your account.
