Where is the real help?
Right now Airbnb only supports the host by sending a few emails to show sympathy and explain over and over why everyone should refund —these don’t mean anything. Here’s time to show some real support:
Use the interest money Airbnb earned by not releasing the rent to us promptly—that’s a return on other people’s money, and the amount they made on host’s money is none of us can even imagine!
Don’t say that’s all used for running the website. Because you still collect large amounts of guest serivce fee—or at least use the guest fees collected (hundreds of dollars each time and I’m booked over 100 bookings a year for the past 3-5 years, that’s a huge number if you added all up)! Use some of these on us for now will really mean a lot to us!
So I propose: how about when the host refund the money, we do half refund and Airbnb matches the other half?
Again, just talk is cheap and won’t help us through this difficult time!

So far only getting real hell no real help. Airbnb making contact extremely difficult. When you get in touch with someone in their number thet offer to forward your issue. This is a shameful joke. Disgrace. support is s far only lip servicde and dishonest PR campaign. Put up or shut up. Airbnbs handing and regard for hosts will not be forgotten. Promise support (25 percent) and no delivery on promise is nothing more than kicking a man down Im disgusted. Hosest Mistake possible- sure why not? But cancelled disbursements and the few you acknowledge even.those a fractionof your promise. Never made a mistake oftoomuch always pennies on the promised assured dollar.
