Hello, I hope someone can tell where I can find a "follow-up". When I open my Airbnb host tab, "you have 1 follow-up" appears at the top. I could not figure out where to find the "follow-up". Any help will be appreciated.

This "follow up" message appears on your Today page. I have had this and it tells me that I need to read the review that my guest left me except I had already seen it, left them a review and even left a public reply but it stays as something that I needed to follow up for nearly two weeks!! I do not understand the point of this still appearing if the host has dealt with the issue.

The message shows up on top of a guest who we already reviewed and he already left a review. Similar story to yours. No idea what it means. We will keep on searching for an answer and let you know if we discover what it means.
@Eduardo2482 Thanks for your reply so exactly the same then scenario then and totally confusing for hosts. Imagine what the dashboard looks like for a host who has 10 listings or more?? So if there really is an important issue that needs to be dealt with, you can be sure that they won't see it! Very strange feature to have I have to say and counter productive for hosts.

None of us here have been able to figure out what we're supposed to be following up on.
Some thought maybe the system wanted us to write a public response to each review, but that doesn't make the follow up go away either.
