I have experienced a rather questionable scheme that Airbnb has set up. A prospective guest was attempting to make a booking.and asked me if I could waive the $500 security deposit that was showing. I told her we don't have any security deposit!! Anyway... Latest reply by Portia6

How does a host report a technical issue with Airbnb? For that matter, how does a host submit a regular customer service issue? Anybody to talk to other than the community. Airbnb is a pretty great set up but it has many flaws that would seem to be easy ... Latest reply by Johanna394
