I recently stayed in a home the was infested with roaches. I have pictures, videos, texts etc. I reached out to the host, to get them out to resolve the issue. Nothing happened. I requested a refund for my stay, I got nothing and Air Bnb did nothing also.... Latest reply by Sarah977
