I cant load conversations or calendar on my host ap. i use iPhone 11 and I’ve deleted and re downloaded the ap but no difference help!

Hi, I have a great guest who wants to extend their stay by a week. I have a thirty day minimum stay requirement. If my calendar is clear, will they be able to book an additional week or will it not allow them. Any help is greatly appreciated, Viv
