    My guest booked for 82 nights, but after a few days, he did not feel comfortable in the apartment and now doesn´t want to stay longer than the first 30 days.Any suggestions how I can help him cancel the remaining 52 nights and re-open my calendar ?Thanks Latest reply by Huma0

    I have a flexible cancellation policy. But I was under the understanding that if a guest cancels less than 24 hours before check in they had to pay the full amount. My payout was only 1/2 the full amount. Is that what all of you understand? Thanks. Latest reply by Colleen253
