How does it work if I get 10 stays but only 9 guests leave a review and those 9 are all 5*. Everything else is on track for super host status. Would I have to wait another 3 months. Latest reply by Elaine-And-David0

I have been called for jury service in Scotland. As a host I may now have to cancel guests bookings, some at short notice, as I have no one else to do meet and greet, the cleaning etc. How do I go about this without being penalised by Airbnb? Latest reply by Sandra126
