We had someone enquire whether we''d give them a discount. We replied telling them no - but I'm getting asked by airbnb to approve or decline them - any suggestions what I should do while we wait for them to respond? We don't want to spoil our response time rating - Thanks - jb
@James3186 if it is a booking enquiry then just responding is enough. If it is a booking request then you should ask the guest to retract the request or you will be forced to accept their booking at the full price.
