calendar
is anyone else having problems with their calendar - it opens but does not display bookings etc - just continues to "pulse " as if trying to open? This only started 24 hours ago.

Which operating system are you running on? For example, @Nicky154 if you go to the icon on the top left and click "about this mac" the new window that will open will say the operating system. (eg macOS Catalina, Version 10.5.5)
Could you please share that information too?
( @Helen350 not so sure how to do it on yours, as I don't know what sort of laptop it is. If it's a Mac the process will be the same. Regardless I will pass it on).
Sorry if I'm being a pain, but the more information the better, especially if it is a bug.
Thank you
Nick

Hi again,
The team asked me if you are have calendar synching enabled @Helen350 If so it might be related to an issue they are working to fix now.
Regardless though, or if you don't have it enabled, they suggested that you both @Nicky154 @Helen350 clear your browser's cookies and cache, restart the laptops and try again to see if the issue persists.
Please let me know how that went and if the calendar synching is enabled or not, so I can go back to them.
Thanks
Nick

@Nick No, I don't use sync. calendars.
My laptop restarts every day -flat battery! So not that.
- ONLY issue is 'pulsing' not saving when I add notes.... I CAN block & unblock dates, & my 3 new bookings are showing, including one just now....

Good morning @Helen350
They advised you delete your chrome browser's cookies and cache and restart the laptop after doing so. Just restarting the laptop won't cut it. Please follow this link for your convenience.
If after doing so you still aren't able to leave any notes, I can go back to them and see what they'll say.
Hope this helps
Nick

Right @Nick , definitive proof time....!
This afternoon I bought a NEW laptop! Not cos of this issue, it was physically falling to pieces & was Vista!!! (A second hand, reconditioned one, but shop cleared of all gunk, & uncluttered no doubt!)
- STILL got SAME problem, bookings show, I can block/unblock , but can't write notes, - pulsing......
- New laptop is Toshiba, Windows 10, using Chrome.

Good morning Helen! Oh my... Vista. That brings back memories (not even pleasant ones) haha
Hope you'll enjoy the new laptop. I'll go back to them now and see what they suggest.
Thank you
Nick
