Hi, our family have had a positive covid result so we have cancelled our guests. We feel it is impossible to host and isolate.
shocked to be given £100 fee. Any others have this experience.
@Fiona705 When our daughter caught Covid and we had to isolate it only took a quick call to Airbnb and they did a penalty free cancellation. We had already messaged the guest to apologise for cancelling on them.
Did you call Airbnb or just cancel on the website?
