cancelling

I had to cancel a reservation as I had set up booking wrong for my first posting on here, however when you go to cancel it says its too late and you need to call a number, the number given does not answer so does anyone know of a specific number you can call to speak to someone directly as the customer is waiting to get a refund.

As you are a new host, a cancellation is not a good start and you will receive penalties form Airbnb. If possible better contunue with the reservation.

Otherwise contact Airbnb via there regular way: Airbnb Help: contact

You need to add the sleeping arrangements.

Also it says in the subtitle:

"private room in casa particular", it seems something went wrong when setting the property type.

go to your hosting dashboard / reservations / click on "details" of this reservation / scroll down and click on the link "change or cancel this reservation" / cancel
