@Linda34 I have a 12 pro max and it has worked fine for me. I do not see how this could be an apple or cell provider issue. I would escalate to Airbnb as it must be an issue on their end. Maybe try deleting the Airbnb app and reinstalling it (This has worked for me with other apps in the past).
If using email make sure to check junk mail (I assume you did this already).
