guests given wrong minimum night option

I have my listing set for 3-night minimum, but guests can not book for less than 30 days. I've been in conversation with AirBnB help for two days and no one's been able to help me yet. Has anyone else had this problem?

Your listing "Salmon river suites" shows me a minimum stay of 3 nights to book.

Same for "Meadow view suite"

Listing "Riverside suite" is not active.

AirBnB support has not been responding to me request for help. It's very frustrating.
