When trying to open "Booking Details"
I get an error [No user facing message]

For which then airbnb takes its commissions if the assistance is 0.

Any luck here?
I am getting the same error on my booking. 

Tried app on the phone and browser on the laptop, but neither is working.

I have same problem on app and website. 2 people I've contacted have said the technical team is working on it and closed support ticket without the issue being resolved. Time to open another ticket.
