Hey im planing to move to portugal  and i found a landlord thats willing to send me the house keys and the contracto through airbnb, bet she said that i have to be prepared to pay at the time that the company brings the keys and contract

It is a well known scam. Airbnb will not bring you the keys nor the contract. Better ignore.
