I have turned smart pricing off, and yet it seems on my listings that the client sees the price is lower than my minimum, yet when I look at the pricing and availability tab the price on the calendar shows correct. How do I fix that?
@Charlene225 you need to check if you have a weekly or monthly price set on your listing. We found someone (can't have been me as I didn't know it existed) had set the price of a week to £50.
You did not mention any details about the price difference.
Also not on which listing (you have 2 active listings) the issue occurs,
I looked at both listings and noticed the "Yorkshire room" offers the non-refundable option to guests, which gives 10% discount. Yiu can disable it in the section where cancellation policy is set.
BYW It seems to me the Lancaster room needs a correction for the bedroom photo ;>)
