Based on your recent reviews, you might consider using some of this downtime to make some improvements to your properties - to whatever extent you're able to afford. It's a tough pill to swallow, but the lucky few hosts who Airbnb invites to apply for a financial grant are going to be those whose listings they regard as an asset to the brand.
