Please help: Question regarding Air BnB in Cannes (France)

Hi there,

my name is Peter and I am interested in doing Air BnB in Cannes, France. However, I don't know what the regulations are regarding doing Air BnB in Cannes. Is there for example a regulation that I can only offer my accommodation for Air BnB a specific amount of days per year?

Is there a website where I can read the regulations regarding Air BnB in Cannes, France?

 

I would really appreciate it if somebody could answer this?
