1 year rental requested

I received a request to rent my condo for a full year. Is this possible? Does anyone have experience on this? How does Airbnb payout?  Do I need to make up a renter agreement?

Yes you can accept the booking. Personally I wouldn't take a one year booking through Airbnb. @Yesenia111 

with Airbnb guests  can give one month's notice to cancel . 

For a one year booking I would want to credit check the tenant, take up references and have a long term lease contract.
