1099-K mailed requested?

How do I request a 1099-K from Airbnb mailed to me?  I had a terrible time getting help downloading it as I oh use an IPad.  When I contacted them I was told they couldn’t mail it to me.  After a week of getting help, I was given a bunch of directions with a password to open it.  

I never had this problem until tax year 2023.  Prior years I never had a problem.

They are required to mail it automatically by January 31st. They probably haven't sent it yet. It can also be found in your Account/Taxes/Tax Documents. If you don't meet the threshold of over $5,000 income, you won't get one:

I had to get help trying to download it last year which took a long password and many steps to open it through my IPad.  I don’t have a PC.  Also, I was told they don’t mail them because I can download my 1099-K.  

I know what is supposed to happen, but neither did!

Did you have an cell phone and can check in the App?  Otherwise, if you think you qualify for the over $5,000 threshold, then you might want to ask a friend to use their PC if it's not available on the App on a phone.
