1099, claim gross or net?

Hi, 

Does anyone know if I claim the gross income Airbnb reports I make on the 1099 they send or net amount (after their service fee). Airbnb won't tell me. Or do I claim the gross amount then write off the service fee as an expense? I just don't want them to report the gross amount to the IRS then claim the net amount and get in trouble. Tia.

You claim the gross amount and then deduct the service fees.
