3rd night half price

Hopefully I didnt double post. Does anyone know if there is a way to offer 1/2 price on the third night to encourage 3 night rentals?

You can provide a discount for a 3 nights stay (to be set in the discount section of the listing)

Menu "pricing and availibiliy" -  section "discounts" - edit "add discounts for other stays "- choose 3 nights from "lenght of stay" menu and then set discount percentage.

Maybe it is related to "professional tools" ?
