Hi there

I am hosting a villa for a friend. The first guests for this year are due now.. I'm an early retiree and this is not my occupation.

I am uncertain about if I need to get information from the guests as stated in the Royal Decree.

I am not a business. The rental monies goes to the owner.

I am not a professional host.

If I need to get the information is there a form, how do I get the information?

Please can you give me some clarification on this matter.
