AIRBNB REFUSING TO SEND PAYOUTS FOR NO REASON

I have submitted over 35 new case #s to Airbnb about the same issue. Yet, for some reason  nobody with Airbnb will contact us back or give us any answers whatsoever and even disconnect us from all the chats each and every time. It has been over 3 months and Airbnb refuses to act in good faith toward us in regards to money owed. If nobody here can help me soon, I am going to exhaust all efforts and money  to sue Airbnb. If I see that 60+ Host that are or have experienced the same thing, I will seek council for a class action lawsuit against Airbnb.  What Airbnb has done and is still doing to me Is illegal and I'm done chasing my money as I hit a wall every time. Please don't be afraid to come forward with either help or to join me. Just because Airbnb is a big company doesn't give them the right to do this to people. I have talked to an Airbnb attorney, read all policy language about payouts etc. and I am well prepped. To further show you about my current issue, I have listed the amount of money and reservations that Airbnb is choosing to hold from us for over 3 months now and without reasoning. That amount continues to increaser daily and Airbnb is perfectly okay with taking their cut but not giving us ours.

 

Generating over 1 million in bookings last year, you think Airbnb would be n your side....

Hello Helen they finally paid me after I sent an official letter to their main office to have the issue resolved. The calling and emailing did not work.

There are thousands of hosts around the globe who have not gotten paid by Airbnb after a guest breaks a house safety rule and then cancels. 

 

I too have had over 20 tickets.  Each time I'm promised my money. I then received and emailed saying the guest was refunded even though I have a strict no refund policy and even though the guest, cancelled, brought unauthorized guest into my house and created a safety issue because, my child was also present.

 

Airbnb is allowing guests to break host's house rules... Such as no additional guests without prior authorization. 

 

 

 

This guest received a refund even though she brought 8 of her family members where we live with our child...

 

 

 

The girl snuck the first relative in as I went upstairs while my child was resting on the couch. A definite safety issue as the space is listed for one guest and one guest only.

 

 

 

I ask the guest listed on the reservation to ask her extra guest... who was already in my kitchen with her own luggage.... to leave. They both left and the guest listed on the reservation never came back.... She canceled Airbnb said I'd get my full payout. 

 

 

 

It's been since February and they keep changing their story on why I haven't received my money even for the reservation ls after that.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Airbnb is holding my $1,900.00 payout and those after that guest.

 

 

 

I have already been recertified months ago.

Airbnb still holding over $2,000 of my money from February 2025 for long term  reservation guest who brought at least 8 members of her family in violation of my "Long Term - 1 Guest ONLY RULE".

 

Her aunt unlawfully entered my home and then refused to leave until I picked up the phone to call authorities. 

 

Airbnb did nothing.
