Insurance...in Australia!

Hello local community (Perth, Australia).

I'm wondering which insurer hosts find to be best for Airbnb - it is my home and I move out when guests are in residence. It would be a max of 12 weeks per year that I have guests in residence. I'm struggling to find insurers that will cover regular House and Contents, alongside a cover for the Airbnb component. It seems that some won't even give me H&C if I will also be hosting guests, even for a short time. Ideally it would be the same provider...but not necessarily. Any help you can offer would be really helpful.
