I have been trying to add a new payout method for over a month, but the system will not allow me to complete the process. Each time I attempt, I am prompted to fill out a box and told I will receive a confirmation email, yet no emails or updates have been received.
This situation is extremely concerning as Airbnb is currently my sole source of income, and I am unable to receive any payouts at all. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received clear communication or a timeline for resolution.
I urgently request Airbnb’s immediate assistance in resolving this issue so I can access the funds from my bookings without further delay.

What type of payout are you trying to add?
Bank acount?
PayPal?
FastPay?
I am trying to add a bank account. It does not let me choose anything. Justs ask me what I want to do, I write it and then tell me someone will reach out.

In addition to Joan's questions, I was wondering as well if you have contacted the Support team to get their help with it? If so, it would be useful to know what they've said in order to advise you further. 🙂

Hello Emilie, yes I have contacted support on 3 separate occasion and all three times they are clueless. After the ask me the same routine questions about have i tried deleted my payout method and adding again and other usual questions, they talk to their supervisor and finally realize there is indeed an Airlock.
So they tell me a specialized team will reach out to me within 48 hours and "to avoid confusion" they close the current support thread. Unsurprisingly, no one reaches out.
I have come to this forum because I have no other choice, my money is stuck, its over 30 thousand dollars, my rent payment is coming up and I will be unable to pay it, I will loose my business.

Yes, You are right. Need to contact the Airbnb Support Team first.
