Account Suspension

8 years. Superhost. Zero explanation.
My Airbnb host account was suspended without warning, my upcoming bookings were canceled, and guests were left confused, all while support has provided no clear reason and no timeline.
For a platform built on trust, the lack of communication is alarming. Hosts deserve transparency, especially when livelihoods and guest stays are at stake.

I can see that none of your listings are showing up right now.

Will you please update us as soon as you have some information? It will help hosts who experience something similar in future. Often we don't get feedback here on how these situations turn out.

Hi Shelley, thank you for checking and for your message. I will absolutely update the thread as soon as there is any progress.

At this point, I’m still waiting for any clarity from Airbnb regarding the reason for the suspension or the steps required to resolve it. Unfortunately, the lack of timely communication has made it difficult not only for me, but also for affected guests.

I agree this feedback is important for the host community, and I’m hopeful Airbnb will provide the transparency needed so others can learn from this situation.

Did you have a guest that made a safety complaint? Have you been asked to update your ID?
