Do Airbnb also take a hosting fee  when you charge additional for your services or damage fee?

The "help" information mentions: only the renting price, the extra guest fee and the cleaning fee are used to calculate to the Host Service Fee.
Those elements only appear in a booking (or in a cancellation/change of the reservation).
