Additional contract info?

Question I am in the State of PA how do I know if I need an additional contract? I am new too.

Is this something you have with long term rentals.

What qualifies as a long term rental?

TIA

Do you have a friend who is a real estate broker? A lawyer? They would know this. Here in California it is really important, tenants rights apply at 30 days. It is different in different states, and even possibly in certain localities. A lawyer could craft you a contract, if you decide you want to go into long term rentals. We offer a wing of our home, a large suite, as a home share on the platform. We do not want a long term housemate, and our limit is a week. We have several excellent homes which we lease by the year to families who work in the community.  They would be unsuitable for STR, imho. In addition, a political hot potato here is the rarity of rental housing, so we are contributing to housing local families, a good thing.
