How does one factor in for 3 utilities bill when Air B and B have given such a large discount?

I'm not sure I understand as you set the rates andante discounts applicable to your property and hence have control of the price charged not Airbnb. Of course if you also accept their very low price tips then you won't make much money but its still your choice.
