Hi @Montserrat141

Start simple and think like a guest  make your place spotless, easy to check into, and accurately described. Great first impressions and honest communication are what get you 5-star reviews.

Hi @Montserrat141 Try joining local Airbnb host groups here in this community forum or find Facebook groups for Puerto Vallarta. From there you'll likely find locals sharing tips about pricing, regulations, cleaners, reliable maintenance contacts and such. Experienced hosts who attend these groups can share what’s worked for them, especially if you're kind and you also share what's worked for you.

Hi @Montserrat141

Welcome to the community, and congratulations on this new journey you've embarked on!

Patricia and Jason have shared some initial advice, I hope you found it a good start. Which aspects of hosting is it that you'd like to learn most about at the moment? Or perhaps you'd like some feedback on how to improve your listing to make it even better?

Let us know how the community could be of assistance 🤗

Thanks,

Emilie
