I booked a two month stay, starting in January.
I had some questions so messaged the host.
No response after several days.
I telephoned the host. No answer, no message service.
I phoned multiple times, same results.
I tried to search for the listing on air B and B and could no longer find it.
I became concerned and drove to the property.
Found the property in a very dirty and unkempt state.
I had no option but to cancel the reservation as i felt it was not genuine.
I immediately advised air B and B by logging a help ticket.
Air B and B asked me to return to the property to take photos. I reluctantly did this and provided proof of how unkempt the property was.
Air B and B advised me the listing had been inactivated the day after i booked it and it was under review.
Have since been seeking a refund of nearly $4000.00
Air B and B not providing answers and am constantly getting road blocks.
For 21 days now i have been asking for a refund and they refuse to do so under reasons which they will not explain.
Extremely poor service.
