Air Bnb apologized and is paying out my referral of $1239 Canadian $’s

Air bnb called me yesterday to inform me my referral is now not being  paid out and I was informed incorrectly by the other air bnb rep that had called me and informed me it was being paid out. I am so disappointed. The rep that called me yesterday gave me excuse after excuse on why it was not being paid and all of her excuses were untrue. Air bnb went as far as deleting my referral section on my profile. Pretty sad to be treated so unethical from a multi billionaire company that have been a super host on for 7 years
